Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Mission (CSSDM) Recruitment 2013 for the post Assistant Director:Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Mission (CSSDM) had announced their plans to make the appointment of the candidates that are competent under the panel that had the demand for the post of Assistant Director and concerning to this 1 vacancy is being announced and this post is on the contract basis and the mandatory details related with the post are as below:

Age limit: As on the date of 1^st Jan 2013 the age that is being set for the applicants as a compulsory condition is that age must be above 21 years and it must be below 35 years. Other than this relaxation in the age is to be permissible for the applicants in the upper age that are under the category SC, ST, OBC by 5 years and for the female candidates this relaxation will be permissible by 10 years. Other details of relaxation in the age can be got from the official notification.

Educational Qualification: Requirement in terms of education is that applicants must be qualified in the degree in the engineering, science, management or master in social work and required experience to be possessed by the applicants.

In addition to it the requirement from the applicants is that communication skills must be good in the language English. The test that will be scheduled by the mission will to check thoroughly the proficiency of the applicants in operating the computer and language skills.

Selection Procedure: As mentioned above a detailed test will be organized to make a check out of the skills in computer and language. Additional factors that will be helpful for the authority to decide on for the selecting applicants will be the list made on the merit basis in the academics and at last by the personalinterview session with the documents to be verified.
