Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited (JKSPDC) invites applications on the prescribed format for the posts of Assistant General Manager (Contract), Assistant General Manager (Arbitration) Assistant General Manager (Litigation), Assistant Managers (Legal), Chartered Account and Cost Accountant. Assistant General Manager (Arbitration)	01	Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/-	Full time LLM with experience of handling arbitration matters with not less than two years practice at Bar.
Assistant General Manager (Litigation)	01	Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/-	Full time LLM with not less than one year practice at Bar.
Assistant Managers (Legal)	03	Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-	Full time LLM with not less than one year practice at Bar.
Chartered Accountant	01	Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/-	Qualified Chartered Accountant having passed the Final Examination conducted by ICAI. Preference shall be given to those having experience in ERP/Double Entry System.
Cost Accountant	01	Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/-	Qualified Cost & Works Accountant having passed Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Age Limit: General - 37 Years; Physically Handicapped - 39 Years; SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC & Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs - 40 Years; Ex-Servicemen - 48 years.

Completed application Besides photograph to be affixed on the application form with attested photo-copies of certificates reach to The Corporate office at Srinagar or Jammu as per the convenience of the applicants by or before 17/12/2013.
